FileBrowser: Last path on refresh loads incorrectly #206

We try to automatically load the last path that was displayed when the page is refreshed. This helps with reloading content and not losing your place if you are working a number of sub-folders deep.

However, it doesn't work properly. It loads the right folder, but if the parent folder is not expanded, then the tree contents is dumped to the root.

Example, all the RQN-* folders should be child folders of a Request folder under SharePoint:
