When themes are being loaded we have been forcing the use of bootstrap 3.3.7 but it appears that the guys at Bootswatch have been almost keeping up with Bootstrap development so they have a release up to 4.0.0-alpha.6. So with the impending release of bootstrap 4.0 we will now keep the versions in sync.
