Fix spelling of Adapter class

Hazaar\DBI\Adapter should be Hazaar\DBI\Adaptor.

Clearly, this is going to be a pain in the ass to change, so we're not really changing it. I will update all the documentation to use Adaptor and create an alias so that Adapter still works the same.
