I think it should be possible to allow apps to output an iframe easily that loads a control interface for the background processor (which is being renamed).

This will have two parts:

The signal view helper will have a method to output HTML to load the iframe.
The Hazaar Application class will have a direct controller route for the built-in processor controller.
