This includes both the inline documentation that used to generate the API docs as well as the documentation pages I write manually for the website.

The manual pages are in pretty good order and may only need to be refreshed slightly, moved around or completed if they are incomplete.

The inline docs is going to be a fair bit of work. This is because I would like the main documentation reference to be the API documentation and so the inline docs need to be complete. Using the inline docs makes it easy to keep track of what needs to be documented, but will still be a bit time consuming.

This MUST be completed before Hazaar 2.0 is released.
