Hazaar\Cache\Backend\File cache file cleanup
I just realised that we're using all these B-Tree cache files now and there is nothing to clean up old ones. This means that as session IDs expire, more and more sessions are created and the old files will just start to pile up.
I need to add some sort of cleanup of these files. Not something that runs on every execution, but maybe a metadata file in the cache directory that stores the last cleanup time and we can clean up after a set period (say, 60 minutes). Then when a \Hazaar\Cache\Backend\File
class destructs, it can check all the .db files in the cache directory and delete any that have been timed out for more than say a few minutes or so (to prevent accidental erasure).
